We are now offering free returns within 30 days because your satisfaction is our top priority! But please keep in mind that every shipment and every transaction uses resources. So the most sustainable option is to shop carefully.
We thoughtfully select the products that we sell in our store, and we pride ourselves in providing thorough product descriptions and promptly answering any questions you may have about our products to help you make informed purchases.
While we don’t accept returns past 30 days or on used or open items, we encourage you sharing products that don’t work out for you with friends and family, giving to neighbors through "Buy Nothing", donating to a local secondhand shop, or selling through services like "Poshmark" or "Facebook Marketplace" to ensure that items don’t go to waste.

We offer free returns within 30 days of fulfillment* on unused, unopened items for domestic orders. If you would like to return something you ordered, please respond to your order or shipping confirmation email (or email us at goodwitchessentials@gmail.com from the email address on your account if applicable, with reference to your original order number) with a description of what you would like to return and why, and confirmation that it is unused and unopened, within 30 days of fulfillment*.
Please note that you may return multiple items from one order, but we will only provide one free return shipping label per order - if you decide later that you wish to return more items from the same order within your return window in a separate shipment, you will incur an additional $8.99 shipping fee for the return label.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue you a free return label (for shipping/delivery orders).
Return packages must be shipped within 7 days of when we issue the return label. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). If an item is used or damaged, you will not be refunded for it.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable; your refund will not include the original cost of shipping.
We do not offer returns on international orders at this time.
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, or defective, please respond to your shipping or order confirmation email (or email goodwitchessentials@gmail.com with your order number from the email address on your account) with a photo of the damaged or defective item within 14 days of fulfillment*, and we will issue you a replacement, or refund to your original payment method if you prefer. Please indicate your preference for replacement or refund in the email.
Please keep in mind that some items in our store have normal variance and may not look exactly as the picture shows. Please read the descriptions carefully.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to immediately refund the full amount.
If the shipment is already on its way to you, we will have to go through the usual return process.
